Bill was introduced to chiropractic in 1981 when he was asked to write the profession’s first patient education video for Renaissance International. Since 1999 he has been the creative force behind Patient Media, a patient communication resource for chiropractors around the world. He is the co-founder of the Perfect Patients new patient website service and is the author of 11 books that explore the doctor/patient relationship from a patient’s point of view.
